ARTZ FOR ALL! A group of artists in the West Tennessee community dedicated to bringing art to the masses. We believe that art is beneficial and should be available to everyone. Founded by Jodi Heavner and Brandy Kemp, ARTZ UNDERGROUND teaches low cost art lessons for all ages at brandy kemp Photography in Milan, TN. Currently, we are working toward uniting and empowering artists in our area.
